Dan Tanna Music Non‑Exclusive Beat License Terms

Welcome to Dan Tanna Music. These terms explain how you can use beats purchased from www.dantannamusic.com. By purchasing, you agree to everything below.

What You Get

When you buy a beat, you receive a non‑exclusive license to:

• Record and release songs using the beat

• Sell your music (digital & physical)

• Perform live

• Get radio/streaming/TV airplay

• Upload and monetize on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube

Important: You do not own the beat. Daniel Griffin (Dan Tanna) keeps full ownership.

Royalty Split (Simple)

All songs made with the beat are split:

• 50% Artist

• 50% Producer (Daniel Griffin / Dan Tanna)

This includes:

• Streaming revenue

• Publishing

• Performance royalties

• Sync/licensing income

You must credit: “Produced by Dan Tanna”

License Length

• This license lasts 3 years from purchase date

• After 3 years, you must renew to keep the song live

• If not renewed, the song must be removed from platforms

Fair Use Limits (Streaming Caps)

This license covers:

• Up to 100,000 total streams

• Up to 100,000 YouTube views

• Up to 1,000 sales/downloads

If you go over these limits, you must upgrade your license.

YouTube Monetization

• You can monetize your videos

• You cannot claim exclusive ownership of the beat

• Content ID use requires permission (see below)

Content ID Rules

Because this is non‑exclusive:

• You cannot register the beat as exclusive in Content ID systems

• No registering with Identifyy, AdRev, etc. without permission

If approved:

• Revenue must still be split 50/50

Producer may also register the beat separately.

Beat Tag Protection

• Tags in the beat cannot be removed or altered

• Untagged versions are only allowed if provided by Dan Tanna

Non‑Exclusive Means

• Other artists can buy and use the same beat

• Dan Tanna can continue selling the beat

What You Cannot Do

• Sell or give away the beat by itself

• Claim you made the beat

• Use it in illegal or harmful content
